Launching on May 31, 2025, this 16-week transformative leadership journey is designed to equip, empower, and raise a new generation of ethical, visionary leaders across Africa and beyond.

What Is the F.A.T Leadership Fellowship?

Running since 2022, the F.A.T (Faithful, Available, Teachable) Leadership Fellowship has already transformed the lives of over 200 alumni—many of whom are now reshaping their workplaces and communities with purpose and integrity.

This intensive program is structured around eight core modules, each led by a dynamic lineup of Africa’s top leadership and industry experts. With a strong emphasis on character-driven leadership, the fellowship helps participants grow in their purpose, sharpen their communication, enhance their strategic thinking, and lead with empathy and excellence.
