Great thanks to the entire team of FLI for their leadership training programs especially the emphasis on crafting a personal strategy to achieve my purpose. This has personally provided me with a clear roadmap towards my goals. It’s empowering to have a concrete plan in place, backed by the tools and techniques learned during the training.

I am very grateful that I had an opportunity to always listen in to the FAT shows on Smart24 TV every Thursday. Living out my
values in the workplace has been one significant takeaway during the shows. By aligning my actions with my core beliefs, I’ve been able to foster a more fulfilling and meaningful work environment, both for myself and those around me.

One of the most transformative aspects of the FAT training for me has been the opportunity to hone my public speaking skills.
