Empowering Young Minds. Inspiring Future Leaders.

The Fidelis Leadership Institute (FLI) is delighted to announce the launch of the first-ever FLI Young Leaders Conclave – Summer Edition, a dynamic five-day leadership development program designed to equip children and teenagers with the confidence, character, and practical skills they need to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Taking place during the August school holidays, this immersive program goes beyond traditional holiday activities by providing a fun, engaging, and transformative learning experience where participants will discover their strengths, develop meaningful friendships, and build lifelong leadership skills.

Why Attend the Summer Edition?

Leadership is not something reserved for adulthood. It begins with the values, habits, and confidence developed at a young age.

At Fidelis Leadership Institute, we believe every child has the potential to become a leader who positively influences their family, school, community, and nation. The Young Leaders Conclave has been carefully designed to nurture these qualities through interactive learning, mentorship, and hands-on activities.

Participants will be guided by experienced facilitators and mentors who will challenge them to think creatively, communicate confidently, and embrace the FLI values of Faithfulness, Availability, and Teachability (F.A.T.).

What Participants Will Experience

Throughout the five-day conclave, participants will take part in exciting and practical sessions, including:

  • 🎤 Public Speaking and Communication Skills – Build confidence to speak clearly and inspire others.
  • 🤝 Team Building Activities – Learn collaboration, trust, and effective teamwork.
  • 💡 Leadership and Creativity Workshops – Develop problem-solving, innovation, and decision-making skills.
  • 🌱 Mentorship and Character Development – Grow in integrity, resilience, discipline, and ethical leadership.
  • 🎯 Interactive Challenges and Experiential Learning – Participate in engaging games, leadership simulations, and fun competitions that reinforce practical leadership lessons.

Every activity has been designed to make learning enjoyable while helping participants develop skills they can apply both in school and throughout their lives.

Who Should Attend?

The Summer Edition is ideal for children and young people who want to:

  • Build self-confidence
  • Improve communication skills
  • Develop leadership potential
  • Make new friends
  • Learn teamwork and collaboration

Whether your child dreams of becoming a leader, entrepreneur, innovator, professional, or changemaker, this program provides an excellent foundation for personal growth.
