CONCLAVE

Introduction

The Fidelis Leadership Institute (FLI) is a specialized training institution offering leadership and professional development programs. Our primary objective is to cultivate a robust community of ethical leaders and professionals capable of catalyzing positive change in our communities, continent, and globally. At the core of our programs lies a commitment to nurturing the forthcoming generation and fostering ethics and integrity by instilling the qualities of faithfulness, availability, and teaching ability in our trainees.
This distinctive gathering seeks to unite young minds between the ages of 7 and 17 for a day of interactive learning, engaging sessions, and enjoyable activities. Our two-day program will categorize the young leaders into two groups:
Alpha (7-12 years) and Beta (13-17 years), ensuring that each group can fully benefit from the meet-up.

Our Objective

The FLI Leadership Training aims to equip the youth with the knowledge and skills necessary for personal and leadership development, fostering a generation of individuals who are well-prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in their lives.

PREVIOUS EVENT

The Young Leaders Conclave held on 29th – 30th August 2024 was an event organized by the Fidelis Leadership Institute to empower children aged 7 to 17 with leadership, life skills, and values-driven education. The conclave was structured into t wo groups—Alpha (ages 7-12)and Beta (ages 13-17)—to tailor the experience to the developmental needs of the participants. The two-day event fostered an environment where participants were able to build self-awareness, practice conflict resolution, learn financial literacy, and engage in dialogue about sensitive issues like sexuality and peer pressure. The sessions also emphasized the importance of the Fidelis core values of Faithfulness, Availability, and Teachability (FAT). Extensive media coverage by Smart24TV and Toto Magazine highlighted the significance of the event, increasing the visibility of the institute’s mission to shape future leaders.
